  • What is the difference between infrared sauna versus traditional sauna?

    Traditional sauna’s only heat the air where as infrared sauna, penetrate deep into your cells, giving you a deep detoxifying sweat. Because infrared heat penetrates deep into tissues versus just a surface of the skin, infrared saunas are seven times more effective than traditional sauna for detoxing the body. By raising the bodies, core temperature infrared sauna can produce a sweat composed of 20% toxins compared to 3% with a traditional sauna.

  • How long are your sessions?

    40 minutes

  • How do I make an appointment?

    You can schedule your appointment by Calling or booking online. If you are a member, you have your own booking link.

  • What should I wear?

    Workout clothes or a swimsuit. You can wear as much or as little as you would like well in the privacy of your own sauna room.

  • Do you provide showers?

    No, we do not provide showers. In fact it’s recommended not showering up for up to an hour as you can continue to sweat out toxins and cool down however, we do provide a cool washcloth for you to remove toxins immediately after sauna use.

  • How often should I visit the sauna studio?

    The frequency will depend upon your own individual health and wellness goals. We recommend at least 2 to 3 times a week. For more aggressive results 4 to 5 times a week is recommended.

  • Can I invite someone to join me in the sauna?

    Yes our saunas will comfortably accommodate you and a friend or loved one. When you book your appointment, please be sure to let us know if another person will be joining you. Please note our sauna our private rooms and not community sauna. Also, if both individuals are members, they will each have a session deducted from their account. If you are bringing a non-member it is $29 for them to join you in your session.

  • Will it seem claustrophobic?

    No, our sauna’s are designed with large glass doors that easily open and close. The heat is dry, comfortable, relaxing heat similar to laying in the sun on a warm summer day. Unlike traditional saunas that make the experience unbearably hot and difficult to breathe.

  • What if I don’t sweat a lot?

    People sweat at all different levels. For some it takes a few sessions to open up the pores and start the detoxify process. The more water you drink before, during and after your session, the better hydrated you are the more you sweat. You can also try our clinically proven sweat enhancer cream to boost sweating and aid in the detoxifying and fat burning process.

  • What is there to do while I’m in the sauna?

    We encourage this time to be quiet. Time to relax and melt away any stress. We provide relaxing music. You can bring a friend and spend quality time together. However, you are welcome to bring a book or your phone into the sauna

  • What other services do you offer?

    In addition to infrared Sauna therapy, we offer the following services. Red light therapy with salt, compression boots and a cold plunge. Ask us about additional services.

  • What if I’m running late or need to change my appointment?

    If you are late the minutes will cut into your session if we have an appointment booked right after you. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule that you do that in a day in advance,

  • Should I eat or drink before I arrive?

    We encourage you to drink water before during and after your sauna session.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes, we do! You can purchase them in our studio or online for your convenience.
